Hélène spent eleven years in PwC's Deal Services practice in Paris and London, where she led buy-side and vendor due diligence for mid-market private equity funds. She then joined EY Transaction Advisory Services as a director before co-founding Calder & Wynne.
Thomas started at KPMG in New York and spent nine years in Deloitte's Financial Advisory practice in New York and Paris, focusing on cross-border acquisitions and carve-outs for corporates and sponsors.
